Presentó su trabajo de habilitación en la Bergische Universität Wuppertal en el año 2000, donde previamente se doctoró con una disertación summa cum laude titulada “Estado de Ánimo Básico. Fenomenología del mundo de Martin Heidegger”, dirigida inicialmente por el Prof. Dr. Klaus Held . Obtuvo la beca de doctorado de la Fundación Académica Nacional Alemana. Estudió filosofía, musicología e historia del arte en la Universidad del Ruhr en Bochum. Fue becario de la Ernst Jünger del estado de Baden-Württemberg, otorgada por el Archivo de Literatura Alemana de Marbach am Neckar. También fue becario posdoctoral de la Escuela de Posgrado “Fenomenología y Hermenéutica” de Wuppertal-Bochum DFG con estancia de dos meses en la Universidad de Kyoto (Japón) con una beca de la Sociedad Japonesa para la Promoción de la Ciencia; asimismo fue nombrado profesor asociado de filosofía en el departamento A de la Bergische Universität Wuppertal.

En 2012 participó en la fundación del primer Instituto Martin Heidegger en la  Bergische Universität Wuppertal (Alemania) y desde 2015 es responsable de la planificación del programa filosófico de la prestigiosa editorial Vittorio Klostermann Verlag. Ha sido editor de doce tomos de la Gesamtausgabe entre los que figuran los célebres “Cuadernos Negros” de Martín Heidegger.

Nueva Miembro: Prof. Dra. Manca Erzetič

La Prof. Dra. Manca Erzetič se ha vinculado recientemente al Centro Internacional de Estudios sobre el Nihilismo Contemporáneo (CeNic), en calidad de miembro investigador. La profesora Erzetič es Doctora por la Universidad de Liubliana, con una disertación titulada Witnessing in Philosophy and Literature within the Historical Situation of the 20th Century. Es miembro del Inštitut Nove Revije, zavod za humanistiko y actualmente imparte clases de filosofía en la Facultad de Estudios Eslovenos e Internacionales de la Nova Univerza (Eslovenia). Asimismo, es autora de numerosos artículos académicos y críticos en torno a fenomenología, hermenéutica y estudios culturales.
