Ph.D. in Philosophy from Universitat de Barcelona. His main fields of study are focused on the political thought and the contemporary philosophy, in which we stand out his reflexive work related to Edmund Husserl, Martin Heidegger, Hannah Arendt, Alexandre Kojève, Leo Strauss, Emmanuel Mounier, Paul Ricoeur, Jan Patočka and Emmanuel Levinas. In recent years, he has outlined an ethical and a philosophical-life proposal focused on the idea of respect. With an attentive gaze, he has made an approach into time experience and a rigorous study upon what the most important contemporary thinkers have carried out about the technique phenomenon .

In 2015 he was awarded with the “Premi Ciutat de Barcelona”, and in 2016 he was given the “National Essay Prize” by his book La resistencia íntima. He currently works as the coordinator of the PhD program in Contemporary Philosophy and Classical Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy at Universitat de Barcelona.
