Dr. Andrej Božič has joined the International Center of Studies on Contemporary Nihilism (CeNic) as a research fellow. He studied philosophy and comparative literature and holds a PhD in Literary Sciences from the University of Ljubljana, with a dissertation titled The Poetry of Paul Celan in the Context of Philosophy and Literary History. He is currently a researcher at the Inštitut Nove revije, zavod za humanistiko (Ljubljana, Slovenia). He serves as secretary and member of the editorial board of the journal of phenomenology and hermeneutics Phainomena. Additionally, he participates in numerous activities of various international associations, including the Forum for the Humanities (FORhUM), the International Institute for Hermeneutics (IIH), and the Central and East European Society for Phenomenology (CEESP), where he currently serves as secretary. His fields of interest are hermeneutics, phenomenology, and poetry.
